- Wash: Equilibrate beads with PBS-T (0.02% Tween).
- Bind Antibody: 인큐베이션 beads with antibody sample for 30-60 min. Wash unbound antibody.
- Antigen Capture: (Optional for IP) 추가 antigen lysate and incubate.
- 용출: For 정제, elute with 0.1M Glycine (pH 2.5) and immediately neutralize with 1M Tris (pH 8.5).
