1. Product Description

Optimized for the sensitive extraction of viral RNA/DNA from plasma, serum, or swab samples. Essential for pathogen detection workflows.

2. Protocol

1. Lysis: Mix 200µL sample with 300µL Viral Lysis Buffer (containing Carrier RNA). Incubate 10 min.
2. Binding: Add Binding Solution & Beads. Incubate 5 min. Magnetize and discard liquid.
3. Wash: Perform stringent washes (Wash A & Wash B) to remove inhibitors.
4. Elution: Elute nucleic acids in 50µL Nuclease-free water. ready for RT-PCR.
