1. Product Description

High-affinity Streptavidin-coated magnetic beads for capturing biotinylated molecules (DNA, RNA, Proteins, Antibodies). Extremely low non-specific binding.

2. Protocol

1. Wash: Wash beads 2x with PBS containing 0.1% BSA.
2. Binding: Add biotinylated molecule to beads. Incubate 30 min at RT with gentle rotation.
3. Wash: Wash 3x with PBS/BSA/Tween-20.
4. Usage: The beads are now ready for downstream applications (PCR, Purification, etc).
